I made the mistake of answering an unsolicited phone call from one of their agents and being lured into saving a minimal amount per month on homeowners and auto coverages. Big mistake. The process was a disaster, and I've quickly pivoted back to my original carrier. Don't be fooled by the low prices. You get what you pay for."
